Refund policy

Eligibility

Refunds are available for confirmed paid seats when the request meets the timeframes and conditions below. Informational prices on this site are not invoices; only written confirmations create a refundable purchase.

Timeframe

Full refund requests must arrive at least fourteen (14) days before the cohort start date stated on your confirmation. Requests inside fourteen days are considered for partial refund or transfer only.

Full refund conditions

A full refund applies when Virtusysai cancels a cohort, when you cancel in writing at least fourteen days before start, or when a documented duplicate payment occurs. Seat transfers to a named colleague in the same firm may be offered instead of cash refund at your request.

Partial refund conditions

Cancellations between thirteen and five days before start may receive up to fifty percent (50%) of fees paid, less any non-recoverable venue or facilitator costs disclosed on the invoice. After the cohort begins, tuition is generally non-refundable except as required by Korean consumer law.

Non-refundable items

Custom Network Retain design fees, completed Findings Lab days, downloaded digital workbooks after access is granted, and third-party exam or certification fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email info@virtusysai.digital with your name, firm, cohort name, invoice number, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and state whether the request qualifies for full, partial, or transfer treatment.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are issued within fourteen (14) business days to the original payment method when possible, or by bank transfer to the corporate account on the invoice. Currency conversions follow your bank’s rates; Virtusysai is not responsible for intermediary fees.

Cancellation by Virtusysai

If we cancel or materially reschedule a cohort, you may choose a full refund or a seat in a later cohort of equal value.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or government travel restrictions may allow discretionary exceptions outside the standard window. Exceptions are evaluated case by case and confirmed in writing.
